Hey, i'm Josep Baixas and this is my story

The mountains are where I come alive. Whether it's floating on fresh powder or climbing rugged peaks, I’m all about embracing the thrill of the outdoors. But it wasn’t always that way—I used to struggle with nagging knee and back pain that nearly sidelined my adventures.

Determined to keep chasing what I love, I dove deep into training science and anatomy. I overcame those challenges, not just finding relief but becoming stronger and more resilient than ever.

This journey led me to create MountainFit Training, where I combine my passion for mountain sports and fitness to help others conquer their own obstacles and do what they love for the years to come.
